  • hi I would like to learn English if anyone is interested please contact me I speak Spanish but this time use a translator

  • platelmintolatum

  • Wow - I didn't know any of my colors!

  • Dynamite teaching!

  • educational comment...

another way to say dolphin in spanish is la ballena but I usually say delfin (i has accent)

  • @14berts Ballena is whale...

  • @DorianNoise ...then my spanish teacher taught me wrong

  • sr jordan... u dont have to answer back for this comment but u failed on 2:08

  • Helping me to sharping up my skills. Growing up in Miami you'll learn Spanish just because lol.

  • The pig did not look pink, but you helped alot with the colors anyway thanks!

  • thx you teach musc better than my spanish teacher, she called us stupid because most of us failed her test. and i couldve swore she cursed under her breath at me.

  • i liked it i think it was very helpful

  • dolphins aren't blue lol :P

  • this is so helpful and fun! Thanks so much for making this!

  • I once bought canned Pulpo en su tinta in Spain, I had no idea what it meant...big suprise when I opened it, I saw pitch black goo with tiny squids in it, it looked disgusting, like tar or something! I know now what it meant: squids/octopus in it's ink!

The reason why I'm learning Spanish, to avoid mistakes like this one in the future lol :D

  • I love you !!! You are so awesome . You teach so much better than my teacher does.....

  • thank u u helped my littel sister.

  • @TheAmber772 yah he's american

  • Thank you sooo much ! This REALLY Helped me ! Gracious (:

  • @tontitofrito

Sorry, I did not realize there was a part 2. =/

  • @tontitofrito

I think you should add an addendum explaining how to say colors for plural things, e.g: Do I say "flores azul" or "flores azules"? Thanks.

  • @bennemann

It should be in part 2.

  • Hello Mr Jordan. I'm a native Spanish speaker, I like to watch your videos 'cause some of them have helped me how to express my thoughts in English more accurately.I have a correction to this video. I don't know if you had been told but Anarajando and Rosado aren't the name of the colors since they are adjectives not nouns. The appropriate names are Naranja and Rosa. So they can not be use interchangeably, even if some people actually do it. you can say La casa rosada o la casa es de color rosa

  • Señor Jordan, it's me again. Since ver is 'to see' in Spanish, so I can say Yo veo un carro rojo for I see a red car? I am right conjugating the "ver" verb?

  • @siciliandragon16

Looks great! Also, we can leave the "yo" out since the verb tells us that it's the "yo" form...

    "Veo un carro rojo"

    !Muy bien!

  • and im not spanish im black im just learning

  • nesecito ir a la casa = i need to go to my house (i think i spelled nesecito wrong)

  • @KITRONIX111 "necesito" but dont worry natives have the same mistake haha

  • ok it was true for the picture but I have NEVER seen a blue dolphin before. Great video - shame about the spelling mistake.

  • LOL 2:10 you already crossed out b!

  • muy buen video,,gracias por subir,,

  • Nice video, and nice haircut :)

  • impresionante! y usted es un gran maestro

  • Sir, what's the difference between "sacudiendo" and "limpiando"?

  • @09108132819

sacudiendo = literally is "shaking" and we just use it for dusting the furniture...

    limpiando = cleaning

    -Sr. J

  • negro :D

  • you rock man... t'es superrrrr

  • are you Spanish / Latino ? your accent is very good !! thanks

  • i just wanna say ur a great teacher and u helped me a lot i really wish u would teach me here in my school God bless u

  • Haha the dolphin was very cute!! I agree with you on the cafe/marron issue. From what I've been taught (I'm from Colombia) cafe is literally brown, while "marron" is a reddish-brown colour (like kidney beans).

For people reading, morado y purpura is essentially the same. No change in shade. Naranja y anaranjado are also the same thing. In Colombia, we use morado and naranja more, but the other are perfectly acceptable. As a fun fact, 'morado' is what we Colombias call a bruise.

    Thanks,it's excelent.

  • I love all of these videos. It's so fun :) I'm Scottish too - the soltire was unintentional I presume, but appreciated.

  • aunque es muy sencillo, es muy bueno. I've posted the link on my site too - latamaritabonita and istlanguages - both are wordpress blogs

Gracias for all your lessons that you share! Sra. Tamara

  • we didn`t study the animal befor -_-

  • I adore this part!!! Fantastico, I will watch it again, I enjoyed it just like a child.

  • gracias me ajudou mucho ^^

  • Nice video. Now I know my colores en español. ¡Gracias!

  • I think your Spanish teacher must be wrong.Mine is actually from Mexico and explained the colors just like he did.

  • i am catchin on easily

  • i am catching onn man im good at this i got all of the qwestion parts ryt

  • My spanish course said purple is purpara . Also they told me marron is brown and naranja is orange. They didn't say anything about anaranjado. Is this because some of these words are from spain and central america spanish?

  • Well these words can differ depending on the person. I tried to teach (and include) some of the different ways that I have heard.

  • @Monkeyland03 Uhm Spanish has many synonims regardless if we are taling about European Spanish or American Spanish. If you learn to say Púrpura instead of morado it's perfectly accepted either in American and Europe. The same case happens with Anaranjado or naranja.. :D

  • @ganyarauchen Thank you, Ganyarauchen

  • @Monkeyland03 De nada Monkeyland03

  • I just found your videos! I am loving it and am going to be watching them from the beginning! thanks so much for making such great videos!

  • @yahwaymosthight

I honestly think that if you submerge yourself in the language you will learn it so much faster. Having that "gap" by having someone translate everything will only make it harder for you to become comfortable with language when you're in a real situation.

I personally hope you never stop making these videos dude, they have helped me tremendously!

  • These vids are great source for pure classical Spanish! Awesome

¡Impresionante!

    Thank you so much

    ¡Muchas gracias!

  • Ah, I am disappointed. I liked your first one becaue you spoke English. I am in Mexico and to tell you the truth, I am tired of trying to figure it out. That is why I

am seeking lessons now. And it is very valuable to hear someone speak English

to bridge the gap. To help us figure it out and learn. I am really tired of having that gap. Isn't that why we need teachers?

  • Great! I'm a Spanish teacher too. I use your videos in my classes all the time!

  • You MUST be one awesome teacher....your students are soooo lucky *whimpers* i wish i was your student :( v_?

  • @echoserenade We Are his students now

  • Muy bien hecho! Thanks for using Spanish all the way through. The context makes the Spanish understandable and helps train my ears. Gracias!

  • u are greatttttt...............omg u mek it understandable for reall......

  • These videos really help, keep them coming!

  • always enjoyed your teaching! mucha gracias senor jordan!

  • thanks for all.greetings from Italy :-)))))

  • thank you very much for great lessons :)

    peace from Norway

  • You have perfect pronunciation.

  • 1:48

    Hurrah! Scottish flag

Thanks for continuing to make these. :) It's great that the later ones are all in Spanish.

  • Glad you like it! I'm trying out a new technique with as much Spanish as possible and trying to help viewers figure out things on their own (since there is a lot of support on the screen with words and pictures to understand what I am saying).

  • @tontitofrito It works great! I'm only a beginner and i understood everything. Immersion is the way to go :) If you're worried people won't understand stuff you can always put English Translations in the side, it would take a while but you already put so much effort into your videos and website I guess you're not afraid of work! :) Keep it up and thanks again!

No interprete mal mis intenciones.

  • @rabbitwho haha, scots

  • Glad to see a new video from you Senor :) Keep up the fantastic work!
