There is a house ministry here in Eugen Oregon called the Last Resort operated by Pam Martin ( Kesey ) and Dale Kesey. They open their home to the homeless and have a large dinner feed every thursday at 6:00. Pam Martin was in Shiloh. Her married name now is Pam Kesey
I was in Shiloh for 2 and a half years. It was one of the best experiences of my life, serving the Lord with brothers and sisters. The Lord has been faithful all the years since!

this is pretty cool, my name is Mel Clinton, I lived in the house in Aloha, Ore. in 1970. Steve Toth was the pastor, then in the house in downtown Port. I also lived in Corvallis, Medford, and visited the Eugene house on High St. I remember picking strawberries at the land in Dexter. Thanks for sharing these pics, wish more of us could get connected.
Nice Shiloh Video memory. To my surprise I seen my self at the begining of this video standing in front of the mailbox in shorts at the Study center in Dexter at Lost valley Lane. This is Chuck Hall responding. I happend to stumble upon this on the internet by mistake. What's funny is I live right off Hwy 58 only about 15 min from Dexter where the Study Center used to be.
Brings back some sweet memories of the Jesus Movement back in late 60's and early 70's! I used to attend some of the Bible studies at the Shiloh House in Corvallis, Oregon back in 1970 and 1971! I now attend Calvary Chapel of Aurora, Colorado. Yes, we do need to pray for the Lord to being another true revival upon the earth, esp amongst the younger generation! Jesus people usa in Chicago, but why fixate on a commune? Is serving the lord more important or are you romanticizing something that was good for a time. If your a new christian find a good bible school with hi behavior standards, then look into short term ministries, and see what the lord finds for you. If your look for a commune become more important the getting grounded in solid doctrine you can end up in some bad groups.

I dont think there are any like the ones in the 70s, like communes, but there are churches here and there.. im sure you can find info where online.
