  • My challenge to NRE if supercars are the subject: Quad turbo W-16. I know that beast can push at least 2500 HP.

  • One of the best good looking car at that time but who cares about that! I want to see how much power in can deliver once you drop the twin snails, engine management, boost controller, and a new set of shoes to along with that. I would love to see step by step overhaul on this bad boy not just dyno.

  • it's a nice car. Do you think the internals are up to being turbo charged? Aren't those engines a little on the light side?

    Will it fit on your dyno? How long before you have the engine out and on the dyno for baseline tests? Will you tear it down and rebuild?

  • you better call underground racing for drive train components(or better yet make some).

    these things tend to self destruct at 700whp(or at least the Audi made ones)

  • @ImRichRu I second that & will clear things up about Audi made. Sure internals are weak but in most cases UR will beef it up pistons/rods/sleeve the block. Other then Tilton triple carbon clutch & $25K trans upgrade for automatic's & some Drive Shop axles in case you are after some serious power you are good to go. Now in Diablo's case I think Tom is over shooting his goals by more then a bit. That drive train is weak & hates torque. What were final numbers on that Musler top speed mph etc?
