My Blueshawk has that variotone in it. It's a notch pass filter going from kind of muted nothch to a very bright lead guitarish at the notch on the other end. 4 other notches make it quite versatile tonally.

@21stCENTURYBOY12 If anything, it would be closer to an SG than a Les Paul. The Les Paul has a much thicker mahogany body, and a maple cap.
