And yes there is a better chance of him saving it as when he goes down he is fully commited, plus with a bouncing puck going down would make it harder to follow as that totally changes his view on the puck for a split second and it is much harder to react when down.

BTW he probly shoulda came out a bit more. No ones there might as well give yourself the best possible chance... Way less chance to score if hes say even 5 feet out. The net gets small as the more you go out (assuming your in front ofthe net)
