There are two skeletons, one that is skinned/bounded to the model and another that has the controls (you animate the controls, which positions the control skeleton, which moves orients the bind skeleton, which influences the model). The bind skeleton is completely connected in a hierarchy of bones. The control skeleton has separate arms and neck. Aspects of the stretchy spine are also separate.

Oh thank you for answeing, so what you're doing is moving the second skeleton wich is "linked" to the first skeleton wich is bounded to the model.
