That's laughable. English church bells are bland, dull, sombre and depressing - bit like the English accent itself. Go to Brugge or Amsterdam if you want to hear truly beautiful and enchanting bells.
As for these Russian ones, I'd rather have them any day over the English ones which just make you feel down and reminded of what an uptight depressing place England is.

I was looking at some other youtube vids of Russian ones and they have that same enchanting high pitch jingle as the other Continental European ones which makes you feel like you are in the middle of a fairy tale. Beautiful and magical. Much more than can be said for the dull English ones.
