people need to understand just what satire really is. this is supposed to demonstrate what the world thinks Jesus is and to show just how wrong everyone really is. If anything, this video is a tool to guide people towards Jesus by highlighting the myths of the religion.

There are so many false teachers in the world proclaiming their own version of Jesus Christ. We need to proclaim the Word of God and not all these videos . 1, Christianity is absurd

As far killing the little boys, this was a one-time command inflicted upon a people who had repeatedly caused the most serious harm to the Israelites. This was not a command to kill little boys in general, but a specific command. This was also under the old covenant, in which God's grace was limited mostly to his chosen people.
As to slavery, I could answer you, but the answers have been given most succintly in this article "Why does the Bible seem to tolerate the institution of slavery?" from the rbc and "Does the Bible condone slavery?" on christiananswers. Please google them. I would like to have a more expanded discussion, but given the limits of each response, this is what I can do for starters. You shouldn't pull one verse out of the Bible out of context from the rest of the Bible and history.
BTW, the killing of homosexuals was under the old covenant in the Old Testament, not the new covenant under Jesus. You will not find a verse in the New Testament that commands the killing of homosexuals. It does, however, make it clear that the practice is morally wrong.

Its the dogma thats silly. Take me for instance, I am part Australian Aboriginal and my culture has cultural elements called dreaming. I dont take these stories literally. I understand that you feel that other cultures have their good sides, but to compare things that the historical record (primary writings and the archeological record) show to have happened (or likely to have happened) to dreaming, completely made up stories is not a fair comparison. Jesus really existed, said these things and there was an earthquake the time of his death, Jerusalem was destroyed as he said it would be, etc.
The bible isnt an historical document. Lets take the New Testament. The first gospel was written between 40 and 60 years after Christs death. No one knows who wrote them. In the 3rd century there were about 200 gospels and they were so different that the Christians were fighting amongst each other so Constantine the emperor had a meeting and they made the bible as a compromise. Check these channels ProfMTH and DeistPaladin and watch them with an open mind.
I also referred to the historical record meaning, the writings of Jewish scholar Josephus mention the life of Jesus. Plus there is evidence the gospels were written before 70 A.D (earlier than 40 to 60 years later). One example is that none of the Gospels mention the destruction of the Temple which took place 70 A.D but which had Jesus prophesied in the Gospels. If they had been written after the destruction it would make sense to include this as it would show that Jesus was right.
Also, I've already studied the Nicean Council, and despite what Dan Brown says, there was very strong consensus about which Gospels should be included. It was not even a close vote.
The Gospels were writen by the apostles and were inspired by God. The whole bible wasinspired by God. The other "gospels" that the Christians fought over were psuedepigrahic lititure- a text whose writer put a different name on it to make people listen, names like Pual or Peter. So those were not accual gospels. And if you read the Bible, it does follow history.

1. Christianity is very silly. This is a statement it has nothing to do with the movie. The christian god orders people to rape virgins but you have to love him or he will torture you. Now thats silly.
2. If you change the stories it feeds on how silly it is.
This has nothing to do with the film makers. I know they are christians but they did change the dialogue and what was funny for me was how silly they succeeded to make christianity look.

Here god orders the jews to kill everybody except the virgins who they can enslave and rape.

First of all, this was a specific commandment, in a specific situation, not a general commandment to do this to every people in perpetuity.

The two main points of this commentary are
1 The virgins were spared because they didnt do anything.
Well either did the little boys, not as good in bed though.
2 Warfare and plunder was a necessary evil.
Here we have a supposed all powerful god yet he allows the above, doesn't make sense.
How can you LOVE a god that is capable of these atrocities?
Your god acts like a sociopath. If this verse makes you uneasy, how would you like to be treated like this, Exodus 21:7-11?

Well, another important point made was that the Middianites were corrupting the Israelites, from whom the Savior would come. In Old Testament times, God's grace was more limited to His chosen people, the Israelites. Since the coming of Jesus, it has been a grace for all peoples whom accept him.
Also, please consider the peoples such as the Middianites you are defending. These are people whom often practiced child sacrifice in general and not as a one time response to a specific command.

This is perhaps not the best forum for answering all the questions you have raissed. You have raised questions that take more than a 500 character count to answer.
As far killing the little boys, this was a one-time command inflicted upon a people who had repeatedly caused the most serious harm to the Israelites. This was not a command to kill little boys in general, but a specific command. This was also under the old covenant, in which God's grace was limited mostly to his chosen people.

Please google them. I would like to have a more expanded discussion, but given the limits of each response, this is what I can do for starters. You shouldn't pull one verse out of the Bible out of context from the rest of the Bible and history.

BTW, the killing of homosexuals was under the old covenant in the Old Testament, not the new covenant under Jesus. You will not find a verse in the New Testament that commands the killing of homosexuals. It does, however, make it clear that the practice is morally wrong.

There is no verse in the New Testament that commands this and this is not part of the new covenant. We are, however, to honor our parents. Though we are also told that we are two honor and love God more than we do our parents.

Also, it should be mentioned that Christianity, is the religion that has the golden rule: do unto others what you would have them do unto you. One of the two greatest commandments is to love others as you love yourself. We are commanded to outdo one another in showing honor to each other and to love our enemies. With these commandments we are told to show love through our actions. I hope you don't find these commands, the greatest in Christianity, silly.

Its the dogma thats silly. Take me for instance, I am part Australian Aboriginal and my culture has cultural elements called dreaming. I dont take these stories literally. Also the Jews have their stories that define their culture. Saying that the Jewish culture that you subscribe to is any more real than the dreaming is culturally elitist, and in a way insulting. Every culture has their stories, and they are just guides to being a better person. Taking them literally is what's silly.

I understand that you feel that other cultures have their good sides, but to compare things that the historical record (primary writings and the archeological record) show to have happened (or likely to have happened) to dreaming, completely made up stories is not a fair comparison. Jesus really existed, said these things and there was an earthquake the time of his death, Jerusalem was destroyed as he said it would be, etc.

The bible isnt an historical document. Lets take the New Testament. The first gospel was written between 40 and 60 years after Christs death. No one knows who wrote them. In the 3rd century there were about 200 gospels and they were so different that the Christians were fighting amongst each other so Constantine the emperor had a meeting and they made the bible as a compromise. Check these channels ProfMTH and DeistPaladin and watch them with an open mind.

I also referred to the historical record meaning, the writings of Jewish scholar Josephus mention the life of Jesus. Plus there is evidence the gospels were written before 70 A.D (earlier than 40 to 60 years later). One example is that none of the Gospels mention the destruction of the Temple which took place 70 A.D but which had Jesus prophesied in the Gospels. If they had been written after the destruction it would make sense to include this as it would show that Jesus was right.

The Gospels were writen by the apostles and were inspired by God. The whole bible wasinspired by God. The other "gospels" that the Christians fought over were psuedepigrahic lititure- a text whose writer put a different name on it to make people listen, names like Pual or Peter. So those were not accual gospels. And if you read the Bible, it does follow history.

Actually the bible says we can't judge people but that we can judge the fruit that they produce.
