Dante's inferno (although not original as a concept) is more tasty imo. GOW3 is surely a top level game but...come on guys ask yourselves again "do i really think the graphics in GOW3 are better than Dante's?" "Is GOW3 really a step forward after GOW2?" Dont think so. GOW III imo is definatley living up to the hype. It DEMOLISHES Dantes Inferno(imo, and dont get me wrong, I enjoyed Dantes Inferno, but I prefer GOW III).

My advice to you is to buy the Gow of War Collections. It has GOW 1 & 2 all in one blue ray for $40.00. If you do not like hack and slash, platforming, and puzzles, that GOW may not be for you. Don't judge a whole series based on a post ALPHA version a GOW3 demo.

Oh yeah, and this is off topic...but Darksiders is badass too. I loved it. The gaming site's ratings on the game are bullshit (especially gamespot's video review. The commentary in that review is SO not accurate). Most (not all) give it an 8 of 10. It's definately a 9.5 of 10.

I bought the collection because the original ps2 ones look like shit on an HDTV. Seriously, they look HORRIBLE. And I don't own a regular TV anymore, nor do I want to hook up my PS3 to one. SO...GoW collection = great buy for me.

When it comes to GoW3, I've played the demo at least 40 times and I can't WAIT for the full game. I've never been as excited for a game as I am for GoW3.

I have the Ultimate Trilogy Edition preordered from UK and I will also buy a regular copy at midnight release.
