  • im hungry right now

  • The amount of butter is enough to stop your heart. Toxic food. Shame.... Shame

  • I thought Bobby Flay was all talk too. But then I ate at one of his restaurants. DAMN. Best food I ever had. Now I'm a huge fan of his.

  • 1) Celebrity chefs on FoodNetwork are not chefs. If you think they are, then you don't even know what the term "Chef" really means. 2) Bobby Flay is one ignorant, egoistic douche bag. 3)Eat your food with all that butter like these so-called 'chefs' tend to suggest on TV, you die a lot sooner than you can realize.

  • I love how all you idiots think u know more than Bobby Flay. When you open up at least 5 of your own restaurants all over the USA then you can criticize. Till then shut up cuz you sound stupid.

  • @lloya630 Running a group of restaurants and being a chef are two different things. True, people do both, and he may have skill, but he is definitely just a celebrity chef. Smothering butter on anything makes it taste better. The only original and somewhat unique idea of his I've seen is his open-faced paprika egg-salad sandwich. And even then all he basically did was take a common deviled egg recipe and put it on artisan bread. Everything else he's made has butter/mayo/insert fat product here.

  • eeewww.. that butter is gross...

  • bobby flay sucks, put some real chefs in the food network

  • @solimiansky yeah and so are u

  • @kalara24 mmmmm butter thats the stupidest thing who are u? More like a 3rd grader i bet

  • @solimiansky WHO AM I YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT I SAID GO STICK YOUR BIG HEAD IN THE BOILING WATER UNTIL IT BURN YOUR SKULL.

  • What about de-veining the lobster? When and how do you do that and keep while keeping the integrity of the presentation?

  • @MusicalCopernicus you don't de-vein the Lobster

  • damm thats too much butter...

  • @giggidy87 mmmmm butter

  • I agree Austyg. That is WAY too much butter. Its already rich enough. Just a bit of butter to enhance the sweet meat is enough.

  • jee zus! all that butter . . . that's called "attempted murder"

you're eating solid butter. You don't need all that butter to get the flavor of butter and basil. Actually if you melt a 5 tbs. of butter and cook the basil in it, you'll have plenty to smother the meat, and flavor galore---heat releases the flavor. All you need is to lightly daub the meat with the mixture to flavor it.

  • Thank you, Bobby. Thank you very much.

  • I love lobsters, every time I eat them I can't stop until I get very full!

  • Food Network is more about personality than talent.

  • agreed

  • Well, the cheat here is that he doesn't have to slice it or kill it because he's just boiled it ahead of time. If you're interested in grilling a lobster, it would be better to see Bobby do it purely on the grill as well to see the technique.

  • i tried it and didnt like it.

all that butter overpowered the taste of the lobster.

  • I love the lobster tomalley. You know the green stuff in the body of the lobster. Your recipe leaves all that goodness on the grill. Bobby, you should really rethink your priorities. Your other recipe of cooking the claws and tail separately seems more sensible. I would finish cooking the body whole on the grill. Later Baby

  • that makes me so hungry. yum. love bobby flay's recipes!

  • More Chef Bobby Flay and seafood!!!

    We love it!!!

  • what is the hardest produce you used in that shredder?im amazed you actually put 10+ butter cubes in there
