  • @edzg maybe you can use powder milk instead of cocao powder ....but i dont know how it will react to the oven. the best milk powder to use is Nido powder Milk. try it, it might work.

  • After 5 years of going through Covent Garden to get my morning dose of Ben's Cookies, I think this is the closest recipe I've found. Thanks a mil! I've done them a couple of times and they come out great. I've experiment with another variation for milk-chocolate cookies by cutting back at the cocoa at about 30gr., then adding milk and more flour to offset the liquid. They didn't come out as good but with a bit more experimenting we'll get there.

    Yay! I'm making a coffee variation of them today for friends. It's very easy to overcook them as they harden when they cool, I always tend to take them out a bit early and wait for them to harden instead of cooking them too much.

    I'm posting an HD version of this video soon with new material!

  • thanx for these cookies. I'm a biggest fan of Ben's Cookies and I searched alot to find there recipe. If I want to make the milk choclate chunk shall I follow ur reipe but without using the cocoa powder?
