I've been trying to remember the name of this game for a year now, just tonight I googled ps3 platiunum titles and I saw this under the ps1 platinum titles, a great game in its day.

This is one of my most favorite video games ever. I remember discovering it via demo disc and then buying the actual game and beating it. I discovered just about everything in the game. The only thing I never did was get those 2 extra guns (or was it just one?) with the Game Shark.
