welcome back to earth.... i don't know where you went but you seem to be lost in translation or you just have a comprehension disability. Have you read the comments before mine? What i was trying to tell here was how these greedy people in the government would exploit this unfortunate event. I lived in the Philippines most of my life and I witnessed how the money that is intended to assist the victims doesn't trickle down properly.

they blamed the government because of lack of help etc... instead of using the funds of the filipino people for making a good drainage system, kinukurakot ng government officials. mdami na ngang nag volunteer pero kulang naman sa equipments.
