i work at panda express as a chef...ur dish looks good..just one tip my friend..dont add all the ingridients together..first fry the onions and ppepers for about 7 secs. ..then add the pineapple..then add the sauce..and at last the chicken.

@piratonx3 cool! i love panda express myself! my favorite dishes are mushroom chicken, bbq pork, and orange chicken. Is it possible you can tell me what is the red syrup or sauce that the barbequed pork is in? Also, for mushroom chicken, what is the brown sauce made of? it says some brown garlic sauce on the description but i don't really taste that much garlic

@ajsrt491 so what if you work at panda. at work u just heat the sauce that u get in a bag and put the chicken in after its deep fried. the purpose of this was to do more of a home cooked dish. anyways i dont like panda express sweet fire chicken. this version looks good. great job. if u really want to make it similar to panda express try using those asian egg roll dipping sauce (the vietnamese dipping sauce) i think thats where panda express stole the sauce idea from.

This recipe can be used to make virtually any Asian chicken dish(that requires fried chicken) with the changes only being in the sauce :).
