@Sleepingpillz yes, but consider the fact that a tennis ball is much heavier than a shuttlecock (if that's what it's called), and a tennis court is much longer than a badminton court. A tennis ball slows down tremendously when it makes contact with the ground, while in badminton a smash wouldn't touch the ground. Also, consider the amount of force it takes to return a tennis ball coming in at 155 mph, as opposed to a smash in badminton at any speed. Tennis is by no means slow, nor is it inferior
