  • i know that guy, his my cousin

  • The fact that TV/DT jump out of unison is usual for pairs skating and they should be docked for it. Pairs skating is about being in unison not about jumping/spinning in mirrors. Just because they land a quad does not mean they should win, Kavaguti/Smirnov had landed it several times in competition and never won the competitions they landed it in. At this level...double twists are unexceptionable I can see why they never went very far.

  • @landof10000dancers The main reason alot of the pairs aren't doing the triple twist is because in the COP its only worth 3 points more than a double.

  • @cphipps79 You're kidding right? Most really good senior teams do triple twists and the only reason teams don't do the triple twist is because they can't. This sport is about getting every last point you can and every points is needed. Only new pairs, juniors or men with broken fingers should be doing doubles. Once the triple twist is mastered then it's on to getting the highest level they can get.

  • i liek paul wylie as commentator

  • quad salchow 1:13

  • i hate how the commentator says that spinning both CW and CCW is unusual. All commentators say that!! I'm a CW skater, and first of all, it's not my fault, second of all, it's hard to find a partner, especially a CW skater!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I don't think that it was meant in a bad way. I. Also honestly, for skaters to be able to spin or jump both ways is indeed not common.

  • sad that they did not even medal after landing the quad. She did is so beautifully!
