Heather wasn't acting here - it was the cumulative effect of numerous sleepless/disturbed nights and that is what makes it one of the scariest pieces of film I have ever seen, or ever will see.

How she got a Razzie for this, I will never know.

when i was watching the movie for the first time i was so looking forward for a scary face of the witch or anything similar to pop out in the upper left corner but it didnt happen. great movie. physological fear and pain is the worst thing that could possibly happen to you. im tired of 15322324362 liters of blood and decapitated bodies. blair witch rules.

And then he would kill the kid in the corner. When the three kids entered the woods in 1994, The Blair Witch tried to warn them to leave by placing 3 piles of rocks symbolizing their graves if they didn't leave her woods alone. Josh kicks one of them over and Heather cuts down one of the Witch's stickman. Blair Witch wouldn't let them leave the woods now because of it. Hences they were heading south all day but ended up in the same spot as earlier.

So The Blair Witch sent the kids back to the late 1930's/early 1940's to when Rustin Parr was killing children. Hints why the house is still up when it was burnt to the ground back in 1941. This isn't a plothole because it was addressed in the book, "The Blair Witch Project" by D.A. Stern.

Back in the 1940's, a hermit that lived in the Black Hills Forest killed children. When the police asked him why, he said an old women told him to do it. (The Blair Witch). Rustin Parr would put one kid in the corner, facing the corner, while he killed another kids because he didn't like the children's eyes on him.

@TheRStard Movie is based on the incedent of the blair witch somewhere in the 1800s. That was real. THIS never happened. Not to say it sucks though, the way the way they play this off as real made it alot more interesting and not to mention scarier for the people who believed it.
