@yukifan7 Good logic, but not true exactly. The game music is suppose to be more upbeat and more japanese pop cuz they don't have sin anymore. They can live they want to, they have freedom! Thats why the music is non traditional, because they finally have peace to do whatever they want, (hence the clothing that YRP wear)

But Square Enix really did take a chance at making a direct sequel. They took a chance at a different style of music, gameplay, and a female only party. They did a good job I think at least.

this game wasn't made by the typical staff, this was the only game made by a totally different staff that's why they did it different on purpose, only to make the girls (who played X and didn't like the ending) happy with a happy ending or whatever. that's why im excited about XIII-2 because it will be done by the same staff as the other FF. but yeah I agree that the fanfare died on FFXII

@DAI3792 I would have to disagree; besides your statement is pretty blunt and has no backing (unless you're just trolling). Was FFX-2 weird and different? Yes. Did it seem like a mix of Charlie's Angel, FFX, and Barbie? Yes. Was it fun? Yes. You can go any where during the chapters, making it a very open game . Besides the job class system was great and refreshing.

Oh yeah you can also go into towns and talk to people. And taking 20 hours to actually play XIII fully, not that great.

Now ffx was tons of fun! but you do have a point the job class was not bad but overall the entire X 2 game sucked ass.
