umm usmc is a small branch of 150 thousand. us army is 1 million+. usmc uses our old equiptment. a usmc soldier is equivalent to us army infantry. a us army ranger is twice as good. us army special forces is 5 times better. and us army delta force is 10 times better than anything the marines have. yes theyre good. but nowhere near the potential of the uses army. they lack funding. and purpose. theyre just a small comfort barrier for the navy thats all.

You are absolutely incorrect in just about everything you said there. First off, the Army does not consist of 1+ million, the correct number is a little over 500k. Secondly the Marines are trained with the same equipment and exercises. Marines are fast deployable light infantry that play a huge role in the success of the US Military. Being a Marine is just as honorable as any other branch. The US Army just plays a different purpose.
