Its an empty bus...big deal. If that bus driver is late to wherever he is going and people kids have to wait...there would be outrage from the parents....what would you have the driver do?

how do you know the bus is empty. some little kids are small enough that they barley see over the window and besides the camera is to far far away to see if there is any small kids on it. this driver should not be driving a school bus. if the the parents get mad because the bus is late maybe they should not have had kids.

yeah it's not that big of a deal. there was no danger involved here other than what you get at a 2-way stop sign. driver stopped and waited until it was safe, then went, it's not like the tires were burning out and the bus was skidding swerving into oncoming traffic.
