Has anyone considered it was buried by a flood/floods depositing silt there? There is a myth in every civilization of a massive flood, it seems likely one happened, and could of buried it. The amount of energy it would have taken to bury it by hand seems unlikely, with how hard it was to produce enough food for the population, without the possibility of the occassional drought and famine. @vengencefrom1979 your idea is much more supportable and plausible than saying the pyramids were burial tombs from only 3000 bc. did you know the giza pyramid apex is off perfect center by 1/4 of an inch! divide that by the number of total stones in the pyramid (2.3 million) and you have the maximum possible margin of error for the placement of each stone. we cant even come close to such accuracy in building modern skyscrapers.

C14-method (radiocarbon dating) dates it between 9000 BC-12 000 BC, with a wrong marginal of some few hundred years I believe. Gobekli Tepe is not 12,000 years old (10,000bc?) but the pyramids are indeed 8000 years before that year (2000bc). If C-14 says 12,000 then that places the actual year as 2321bc or 49 years after the Flood 2370bc which by curve misdates as 20,000.

Has anyone considered it was buried by a flood/floods depositing silt there? There is a myth in every civilization of a massive flood, it seems likely one happened, and could of buried it. The amount of energy it would have taken to bury it by hand seems unlikely, with how hard it was to produce enough food for the population, without the possibility of the occassional drought and famine. It would have been easier to just destroy it and reuse the materials.

And they never stated what the environment was like then, it would make sense if the site was abandoned when the environment turned too dry, it could have been buried by many sand storms given plenty of time.

first of all the mainstream interpretation of the age of the egyptian pyramids is wrong. the water erosion on the sphinx shows it to be at least 10,000 bc which was the last time there was any significant water in the area to account for such massive water erosion of the stone there. so in either case to say it is so much older than egypt is wrong. it would be more accurate to say that it was the same time as egypt, assuming what you claim is even true...

@vengencefrom1979 your idea is much more supportable and plausible than saying the pyramids were burial tombs from only 3000 bc. did you know the giza pyramid apex is off perfect center by 1/4 of an inch! divide that by the number of total stones in the pyramid (2.3 million) and you have the maximum possible margin of error for the placement of each stone. we cant even come close to such accuracy in building modern skyscrapers.

First of all I'd like to say that this is in present Kurdistan, BUT, it is not of kurdish origin and not relevant to ancient kurdish history. C14-method (radiocarbon dating) dates it between 9000 BC-12 000 BC, with a wrong marginal of some few hundred years I believe. The dates in th eopening title are contradictory to itself. if Gobekli is 12,000 years ago (12,000 a.C) as 10,000bc then how can Dozer be 2650 a.C not 2650bc. The 2650 a.C would equal 650bc for Dozers pyramid. Very scrappy workmanship. I dont see Gobekli in this video, i see Greek pillars.

Gobekli Tepe is not 12,000 years old (10,000bc?) but the pyramids are indeed 8000 years before that year (2000bc). If C-14 says 12,000 then that places the actual year as 2321bc or 49 years after the Flood 2370bc which by curve misdates as 20,000.

That doesn’t give you the right to claim heritage to ancient Anatolian kingdoms. We all have Anatolian dna, the only Anatolian people who kept their ancient Anatolian culture are Armenians. The fact still remains that the Kurds as an ethnic identity never had any kingdom being Persian nomads originally.

@kurdhashash Kurds are Persian nomads driven up north, they don't have any claims to the region. Hurrians are North Caucasians not Persian goat herders, their language corresponds to the North Caucasian (Nakh/Dagestan) language family . In general there is no ethnicity called Kurd everyone who was a nomad in the region was called a Kurd. There never was Kurdistan no Kurdish Kingdom or Empire and never will be. So go and tell your fairy tales to yourself maybe one day you will convince yourself.
