  • The motion to dismiss on constitutional grounds has been REJECTED by the court. The First Amendment has never protected violent or threatening behavior.

Also, I'm a bit confused as to why Mr. Lawyer here is so hung up on the idea that the defendants are charged with "terrorism", as the Indictment and every other court document refers to the charges as a violation of 18 USC Section 43 - "Force, violence, and threats involving animal enterprises", with the word "terrorism" completely absent.

  • And if they did this in front of a convected Pedophile house, No one would have been upset, The World would have called them Heroes, But since it's about Animals they are arrested......

  • big money in animal torture, our gov't won't shut that down, they don't care!

ty MFAL, I just added you in myspace,

DON'T STAY SILENT! use your voice people, speak up loudly against all abuse.

  • Why should the activists who protest against animal cruelty get punishment, when there are these so called animal researches who torture animals... they are the ones who should get the shit....

KEEP FIGHTING for freedom of speech and Animal rights!

  • Where the hell is the useless ACLU when you guys need it? Shame on them for not supporting you!

  • What happened to freedom of speech? Protest is not terrorism!

  • There should be more videos about this! This is an outrage, more people need to know! Thank you for posting this.

  • Horrible things like peaceful protests...what about the people who bomb and kill doctors at clinics who also perform abortion.

    Fight for what you believe.
