  • thank you for subscribing to my channel. I think thats worderfull. you have came a long way and you look good.

  • Doing amazing, Angie. You really are starting to look svelte!

  • What you said is so true !!! "sometimes feel fit...sometimes feel flabby" ! I think about the same thing, but I can't help the flabby feeling is still there. But it is good to know where we come from and that we are going to the right direction. Maybe that is why I can hear skinny girls saying that they are fatty !!! I just try to understand. Maybe even at a healthy weight we'll have moments like that??? lol! we'll see. waow! I've never realize how you exercise...intensively!!!!

  • I think it wonderful how well your doing, I have a hubby a 3 year old a 14 year old and no time or I'd try the 2 hour thing, keep it up your looking great

  • Thanks...I'm surprised you even have time to breathe! :0)

I don't think it's the two hours that matter...I was just so tired of being barely mobile that once I could move with ease again I felt like a prisoner being released from jail and the exercise sort of took off. I could most definitely go slower...but I can sort of see the finish line and maintenance on the horizon so I'm trying to keep up the momentum.

I started this with just a bit of exercise each day.

  • I would kill to be 194! Although, 2 hours/day on the treadmill to get there? Too much for me, mmm-hmm. You are one tough chick!

I am super glad that you're doing so wonderfully, my dear. Your progress is beyond great, but your positive attitude and wonderful smile are what win me over every time. Keep up the stupendous work!

  • Thanks Josh. I really am one tough chick...aren't I? Two hours/six days a week is a heck of a lot, and I get damn tired...but I want this!

Have a great rest of the week sweetie.

  • i really would like to know... what you eat on a day to day.... need advice... was talking about you at work...and.. was wowed...about how many people were negative... like you got surgery... i think thats crap.... would love to know what you eat... i had a bad week and would love to get another angle on this.. please if you dont mind

  • Hi there,I didn't have weightloss surgery, although if I had access to it when I weighed 350 lbs. and basically no confidence in my ability to control my compulsive eating I would have jumped at the chance. I had to want this that bad.

Unfortunately I encountered so much negativity from my fiance's family that it played a large role in our recent break-up...after 10 years.So. I'm no stranger to people assuming that I have some sort of eating disorder etc.

  • I eat whole grain oatmeal, a banana, and cup of soymilk every morning with a ton of cinnamon, huge salad or protein rich soup with lots of veggies for lunch, and a muscle milk and a salad for dinner...roughly 800-850 cals and 50-60 grams protein per day.Recently, I am experimenting with 1,000 cals every M,W, and F. Sodium is aroung 1,500 mg per day. As you might already know...tons of slow cardio. :0)

  • Thank you. I needed you and one of your vids. I feel slightly out of control (spiraling) with life and my weight and am just trying to grab onto things to gain perspective and regain control. Thank you again.

  • Oh sweetie, would it sound too cheesy if I said I know exactly how you feel? I think part of the reason I am so darn motivated to get healthy is because I know it helps me cope with all of the other crap life tends to bring. I'm sending you all the warmth and strength I can muster. Concentrate on tiny little baby steps ok? ((Hugs))

  • Awesome.. so inspiring to see you succeed. Your looking great.. keep rockin.

  • Thank-you so much! :0) I have been gearing up to shed these last 50-60 or so pounds.

  • Hi Chad...I think everybody has that issue with sodium. It's been one of my biggest challenges because it's packed into everything, even health food etc. Stuff like lemon juice, red and black pepper, and red wine vinegar on veggies and salads has helped tremendously. Keep up your good work. :0)

  • Your new "friend" seems to be very supportive. Saw the thumbs up at about 5:30. I too, was trying to sneek a peek. You are truly an inspiration.

  • LOL!!! I guess more than one or two people noticed that.I do suppose that trying to be incognito on YouTube is a dumb idea...dang reflective glass. ;0)

  • What is it with you and naked people? LOL.

Big pat on the back, keep it up. Have a good week!

  • Oh my gosh! Hey, good question though. :0)

Seriously, those are the only two naked pictures in the whole place...I promise. You have yourself a wonderful week too.

  • woohoo! 3.8 is fantastic! i think not beating yourself up is the hardest part. you are doing good :)

  • Thanks sweetie. It took me a long time to get that. I used to end up resting and eating more on Saturday's anyway, but I'd fight it...just silly.

  • i thinks a free day is a good idea just as long it's a controlled free day, at the end of the day we all have to do things in moderation and thats what a free day should be! your legs are looking more tones as the day go on!

  • I agree. Saturday's aren't about bingeing. I kind of see them as practice at eating off plan without going completely off the deep end. I think learning how to eat at restaurant's etc. without this happening is an important skill. :0)

  • Do you feel uncomfortable in your body? You wear really baggy clothes and I was just wondering if you feel that way. I'm not saying that you should wear skin-tight clothes, just clothes that flatter the body that you worked so hard to get.

  • I can see how you might think that, but my sizes have been changing very rapidly and my little clothes budget just can't seem to keep up. :0)

  • Very good loss and it sounds like you had a strong week!

Lol...yeah who the hell is that in the mirror?

    Have a great week :)

  • D'oh...LOL! It was a very strong but tough week. I felt the pain a little too much everyday at the gym. I'm going for all morning workouts this week and better time management. :0)

  • You are such an inspiration. I adore you so much. You are soooooo motivating!!!

  • Awe...thanks for putting such a huge smile on my face!

  • I would say that your goal should be the weight you feel comfortable with. You will know when you get there. When I used to be 145, I knew I could lose more so that is why I want to get to 125.

  • Good point. I have a feeling that my body will sort of choose its own goal weight...meaning if I have to constantly fight to stay below 140 then it would make so much more sense to be happy slightly above that.

  • OMGAngie! You are unbelieveable! Not only are you in onederland but you cemented your place there red lobster and free saturday and all. I can't help but worry a little bit because your calorie count is so low,but your obviously doing well. i keep stalling.Currently stuck at 211.Hmm who is that guy in the reflection???Nice of him to give us a full body shot of you.You really are looking great Angie no joking! So you keep that self esteem high high high cause your weight is low low low!Jinx

  • Thanks Ms. Jinxy! Believe me, I know the calories are very very low...but the trick is that every bite of food I eat is extremely healthy...no filler or snacky things of any kind.

You probably know that my weight will stall from time to time too, but you will push past it in no time. Oh, the guy in the reflection is my new "friend". Nuff said...:0)

  • ........nuff said.........Be happy Angie.Jinx

  • Yep, dogs are great aren't they? Mine love to walk, they get super excited! :o)

  • wow. i'm 5'6" too. i do work consistently to stay between 135 and 140. if you are muscular and have large bones you might be very happy at 150 or more.

  • It's kinda hard to say. Can I ask what size you wear at 135-140 lbs.? A 6 maybe. I suppose I just want to look fit and trim, but as time goes by I wanna look hot someday too. ;0)

  • You look wonderful!! As for the seeing the skinny girl in the mirror, enjoy it ! You have worked so hard! I'm curious about what you eat...do ya eat? lol Joking. Are there foods that you avoid?

  • Thank-you...and yes I eat! :0)

I have whole grain oatmeal, a banana, and cup of soymilk every morning with a ton of cinnamon, huge salad or protein rich soup with lots of veggies for lunch, and a muscle milk and a salad for dinner...roughly 800-850 cals and 50-60 grams protein per day. Let me stress that I very slowly weened myself down to this. The whole key was starting slow to avoid quitting.

  • I'm blown away by your progress. I would really like to pick your brain soon. Because I keep stalling.

  • Well, pick away my friend...seriously. I am more than an open book, and if I can help you in any way I would be happy to do it. Weight loss is darn hard, and a huge lonely project. I'm always here.

  • You're catching up to me Angie LOL!! You're doing amazing. I was trying to catch a glimpse of the person holding the camera in the picture LOL!! Yeah I'm nosey!! Keep up the excellent work girl!! You'll definitely reach your goal!

  • Catching up to you!? Holy crap, I can't even imagine that. LOL...if you have any specific questions just send me a message. :0)

  • I agree with sometimes you need to rest....great job on the diet and exercise.....3.8 YEAH!!!!! Keep up the great work! :-) 135 sounds like a great weight!!!! Damn girl you look awesome!!!!

  • Thank-you very much! By the way, I'm feeling a little lonely for my dog back in Detroit after watching your walking video...she would have loved that park. Have a great week. :0)
