Actually, from my experience on viewing the WH YouTube submissions and the running commentary, I think that they have been playing by the rules and been very magnanimous in NOT CENSORING any of the comments that comport with the terms of service.

YouTube has been censoring comments on other pro-Obama videos, but not so here, in my opinion.

The flow of vile invective speech and snarky retorts are side-by-side with the accolades and kind words.

Obama has put in place an Internet Czar. Of which he employees many to monitor comments on the web. But more importantly the Whitehouse or it's governments web sites. So if you post comments that put Obama in a negative lite you can expect it to be deleted or one of his employees to respond with some counter to the truth.
