The best way to do any rows or any back movement other than heavy ass deads is to keep ur grip loose as possible. Pretend the hands are hooks and use a weight that u can't hold and squeeze back for at a least a one count. If u can't hold it up or hold it down it's too much weight.

Girls with shreded six packs,delts etc. I think testosterone makes men and women differ, so why should be a good ideia to build a womans body based on male aesthethics? seated cable rows brought insane amounts of thickness to the middle of my back. just make sure you row to your sternum and not your belly button. scapular retraction and pushing the chest out. hold for a second on the peak contraction. just make sure you use your back and not biceps!!!!
@GentianNB in order to use more back and less bicep you need to keep your body stationary and initiate the movement by squeezing shoulder blades together, no leaning!! once you have pinched your shoulder blades together then you pull the handle to your sternum and hold for a second then slowly "unpinch" your shoulder blades and allow your arms to extend to lower the weight back. thumbless grip helps too but you can do w/e the fuck you wanna do

how much weight are you dropping by on supersets? ive been going down about 4 plates on machine movements which is about 20kg but on lighter starting weights it doesnt seem to be making any difference. can you give an approximate percentage of how much less the second set weight should normally be to be effective pls

First off if u have a back day ur rear delts are going to be hit so hard if u have the right back workout. It should be barbell rows heavy as possible for 6 to 10 reps. Then t bar rows heavy as possible 6 to 10 reps. Pull ups or lat pull down. 8 to 12 reps. Then seated row 8 to 10 reps. And of course all back workouts should have a heavy ass deadlift in there. Without a doubt. Ur rear delts will be so soar. It's funny how they recommend delt flys for such a large muscle as far as back developm
rear delt flys. NO JOKE. I normally do just pull ups for back. I can do about 25 no prob. I hit rear delt flys afterwards backs never been so sore. Good advice. I'll add this in twice a week. Thanks TMW
I'm a huge twin fans... but I've been doing what they do...their split..45 mins.. and I have lost waaaaay to much what I had....so last 2 weeks I went back the ways I use to do...each muscle 2 times a week.. and I strted feeling hard again on my bicep and chest...makes me wonder if they do more then what they say they do...?? I'm not trolling but no1 is their watching them..they be at the gym 1hr and half to 2...and just say 3o to 45 mins :/ idk... but still watch their vids..for the laughs..
And perhaps your rest for longer periods than they do, hence why you get less work done. They also go to failure on each set, which i don't believe you do.
@MemoPittBull if you're a huge fan, then you gotta listen a little better. they specifically say how their training split has a bigger gap because they're getting older and their body needs more time to recover. They tell us younger guys and people that are able, to train as frequently as possible. For instance, i found that i can do full body, football based workouts every monday, wednesday, and friday and build a lot of muscle. you gotta find what fits you best, they just give advice.
@cantonert if you're doing a body building type regimen with body part splits, then i'd say do it on your shoulder day as a finishing movement. BUT, if you hit back on a monday, and don't hit shoulders until wednesday, then do rear delt flys on both days. It's a small enough muscle that you can work it up to 3 days a week and have it not be overtraining.
Best 3 best exercises for back ( to target all the muscles in your back, we don't talk about shoulders here ) are - Deadlifts , Rows , Pull-ups/pull-downs ( all different grip variations etc. ). Period .

@GentianNB in order to use more back and less bicep you need to keep your body stationary and initiate the movement by squeezing shoulder blades together, no leaning!! once you have pinched your shoulder blades together then you pull the handle to your sternum and hold for a second then slowly "unpinch" your shoulder blades and allow your arms to extend to lower the weight back. thumbless grip helps too but you can do w/e the fuck you wanna do

how much weight are you dropping by on supersets? ive been going down about 4 plates on machine movements which is about 20kg but on lighter starting weights it doesnt seem to be making any difference. can you give an approximate percentage of how much less the second set weight should normally be to be effective pls

I am not sold on deadlifts for back I think deadlifts are more for explosive movements and strength (depends on your intensity and type of weight)! First off if u have a back day ur rear delts are going to be hit so hard if u have the right back workout. It should be barbell rows heavy as possible for 6 to 10 reps. Then t bar rows heavy as possible 6 to 10 reps. Pull ups or lat pull down. 8 to 12 reps. Then seated row 8 to 10 reps. And of course all back workouts should have a heavy ass deadlift in there. Without a doubt. Ur rear delts will be so soar. It's funny how they recommend delt flys for such a large muscle as far as back developm

rear delt flys. NO JOKE. I normally do just pull ups for back. I can do about 25 no prob. I hit rear delt flys afterwards backs never been so sore. Good advice. I'll add this in twice a week. Thanks TMW

I'm a huge twin fans... but I've been doing what they do...their split..45 mins.. and I have lost waaaaay to much what I had....so last 2 weeks I went back the ways I use to do...each muscle 2 times a week.. and I strted feeling hard again on my bicep and chest...makes me wonder if they do more then what they say they do...?? I'm not trolling but no1 is their watching them..they be at the gym 1hr and half to 2...and just say 3o to 45 mins :/ idk... but still watch their vids..for the laughs..

@MemoPittBull if you're a huge fan, then you gotta listen a little better. they specifically say how their training split has a bigger gap because they're getting older and their body needs more time to recover. They tell us younger guys and people that are able, to train as frequently as possible. For instance, i found that i can do full body, football based workouts every monday, wednesday, and friday and build a lot of muscle. you gotta find what fits you best, they just give advice.

@cantonert if you're doing a body building type regimen with body part splits, then i'd say do it on your shoulder day as a finishing movement. BUT, if you hit back on a monday, and don't hit shoulders until wednesday, then do rear delt flys on both days. It's a small enough muscle that you can work it up to 3 days a week and have it not be overtraining.

Best 3 best exercises for back ( to target all the muscles in your back, we don't talk about shoulders here ) are - Deadlifts , Rows , Pull-ups/pull-downs ( all different grip variations etc. ). Period .
