Oyster sauce is like a staple in our house. It is awesome. I made a guava chicken recipe that uses that in it. You so were not back, were you? Cute Betty Boop thingamajiggy.

Now that you mention it...I DO think that I remember hearing that the reds sucked....tasted like dirt...LOL.
