I love these looks. Its acctually very easy for me to do these types of things with my hair. My hair just stays put very easily. Im doing this tommoro for work. How long do your bangs need to be in order to twirl them? Mine have grown since I tried last, but I couldn't get them to stay when I did try. I can't figure out if it's just because I suck at it or because my bangs aren't long enough. Does having layered hair make a significant difference when doing your hair? i had the same problem before. my bangs are about down to my nose. what i do to make it work is curl it first then use some hairspray to hold it after twirling it into place then pin it.

You would have to use heat for naturally curly hair to blow dry or starighten before right cause I can see my hair looking a hot mess if I did it while it was curly.

heres a tip...for the curls on the top of the head use a curling iron to curl them first this gives a more natural movement when you have to pin. Espicially if u have pin stright hair.
