The burqa is a form of sexual discrimination which is incompatible with today's Western Society. For example, some Islamic countries also ban womens right to vote and drive, does that mean we should allow that in Western societies? The entire purpose of the burqa is to impose something on women and restrict their rights.

Besides, it's not legal to cover up your face in public and there shouldn't be any exceptions to that.
