Why are you teaching a spin.spinning the bo is not a basic technique(as you tittle suggests) and is not an effective technique, except for your opponent to knock your weapon out of your hand.
Maybe your bo work is more Chinese orientated as it seams a little flashy
Are the sound effects really necessary? In my martial arts school, we never go AYAHHHHHH, a little 'huts" is all that is required( not loud or obnoxious in any way).
@MrAssassino100 the kiya is used to tighten your core when exicuting a strong attack, any sound is just a by product of the act, alot of kiya isn't really needed but the kiya is usful, it also if used correctly has a pycological aspect.
This weapon, according to my research is technically a jo staff, as it does not come to the brow of the user, but instead to the under arm area. I am sure the instructor knows this, but just to be clear.
i like her orgasm sounds.

What is the difference between a Jo and a Bo?
DMAkid5 4 months ago
@DMAkid5 a Bo staf is taller than a Jo staff. Jo's are more suitable for children, where as Bo's are more suitable for adults.

Why does your tittle say "Karate Techniques & Tips : Basic Bo Staff Techniques "
when you are Tae Kwon Do,a Korean style.
Karate is a Japanese style with roots in Okinawan arts

it doesnt look like it is your height at least.

@MrAssassino100 In my Taekwondo dojo we were sometimes saying "kiah". "ki" for harmony and "aiah"(or whatever the spelling is) for power

Funny, that is a Jo and a poor demonstration of " Basic Bo Staff Techniques" coming from a black belt instructor.
