@terrythekittie "Komm gib mir deine Hand" is the german Version of "I want to hold your hand". This was recorded in january 1964 together with "Sie liebt Dich" she loves you. This single was released in Germany the 4th of february 1964. "Komm gib mir deine Hand" can also be found on the german LP "Something New" Side B track 5 which was released september the 10th 1964 with the LP-Number: O 83756 (Mono) - STO 83756 (Stereo) - SMO 83756 (Stereo) on the white-gold-Odeon.

Hi, maybe you can help me out on this. A few weeks ago, while I was visiting Asbury Par, NJ, I went to an antique shop. I saw a home-pressed Beatles album that I think was called "Peace of Mind". Among other things on there were the Beatles' Ed Sullivan performances. Do you know anything at all about this LP?

@KeithThePunk: The German-language versions of "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and "She Loves You" were only issued on the Odeon label (and later released on Swan Records as a single in America).

Both were on the "Rarities" LP (the UK pressing seen in the video) and are on the Past Masters CD.

There is NO U.S. 'Please Please Me' album only U.K. Also the copy on here is a '60s copy as it's Mono and Mono copies ended in the U.K. in 1969

fantastic stuff, quite hard to complete that beatles section, cause there's these mono and stereo releases and releases differ UK/US. Mainly it's good just have all the songs in some format. They are goin for it finally and empty pajazzo, beatles albums are release remastered cd's in boxsets mono and stereoversions.

Glad you enjoyed the video. My Rarities album is an Australian promo copy. I think it is similar to the NA release, but with a slightly different selection of songs.
