I reacon Ron Paul goes hand in hand with the protests. The protesters might not all agree. But Ron Paul wants power to the people and the right to protest and go against government when it becomes corrupt. There might be a system out there that's better than free market capatalism, BUT what it does involve is FREEDOM. @ChristianWorldOrder2 I think there is a rule against donating more than $2500. That way it's harder for a candidate to be in a wealthy entity's pocket. I looked up the stats, and most of Ron Paul's money comes from donations of under $200 (probably individuals giving whatever can). Most of Mitt Romney's money comes from donations of the maximum amount (probably the corporations he calls "people").

I reacon Ron Paul goes hand in hand with the protests. The protesters might not all agree. But Ron Paul wants power to the people and the right to protest and go against government when it becomes corrupt. There might be a system out there that's better than free market capatalism, BUT what it does involve is FREEDOM. Freedom to be an asshole, or a responsible caring citizen and being held accountable for your actions. I just urge you to give the protests a second thought.

Herman Cain might be the least bad after Ron Paul, but the guy is the exact opposite of Ron Paul when it comes to the power to the people issue. Obviously, if he doesn't support the protests than it means he supports the system. In other words, with Herman Cain you'll get more of the same, or status quo. So basically, you have the choice of voting status quo or change. Either way it's gonna be tough. America is in a DEEP hole. But things will continue spiraling down if you vote status quo( Cain)

@vinternatten My front lawn is littered with Ron Paul signs, My car is covered with his stickers, I bought over 200 bumpers stickers and have been handing them out to anyone that wants them. I have been putting them on guard rails, road signs, over passes, truck trailers, rail cars etc.... The one thing I love about Ron Paul's message is the part about personal accountability. The protests on Wall St are about wanting stuff that don't belong to you.

My favorite is Ron Paul, but I would settle for Herman Cain. I'm afraid to elect any of the others.

@ChristianWorldOrder2 I think there is a rule against donating more than $2500. That way it's harder for a candidate to be in a wealthy entity's pocket. I looked up the stats, and most of Ron Paul's money comes from donations of under $200 (probably individuals giving whatever can). Most of Mitt Romney's money comes from donations of the maximum amount (probably the corporations he calls "people").
