Nice vid bro, kinda dizzy with the fast mode but it's all good :P I'm an ESL Teacher too. Since round 4 years now in Jakarta. Korea looks cool, very modern.
@heropegdestroyer Yeah, really dizzy actually, and that's the opinion from the guy who made it. :) I was wearing sandals when I walked and didn't even think about how shaky it would be once I sped it up 400% or whatever. On the next video like this that I made, coming home from school, I was sure to walk more slowly and carefully. It's still really hard to do.
Korea is very modern but that is infrastructurally speaking. They are very closed in terms of acceptance to the outside world!
How is Jakarta? I don't know so much about teaching there but it could be more open culturally. It was all a big learning experience for me. I married my girl from Korea too, so I'm learning more about it every day--I'll be attached to Korea forever. How about you? Any crazy stories along those lines? After 4 years I can only imagine your ties in Jakarta.
Yeah, I liked it pretty well. Sorry I'm late, I'm back in the USA and adjusting to life again. Korea was a pretty good time for the most part. I met my wife there and I count myself lucky to have been able to go. I would recommend a year as opposed to two years unless you are teaching at a public school... Public schools make life much better. Are you thinking about going? Let me know and I can give you a lot of advice if you want it!
Why were you wearing flip flops? Do they let you wear those to work? Lol.
