@Moopse101 yo i had the same problem but i googled MSXML 4.0 and there should be a link where you can download the file that you need for your comp. download the SP3 or SP2 whatever might work for you. just mess around with it. when youre done restart your computer and try starting your game. later on you might have to download a patch. you can find out why this happens on the ESO age of empires 3 website.
