Для своих же граждан загибает такие ценв на перевозки, что все остальные компании могут только мечтать о таких прибылях. Рекламы никакой. На сайте даже нет своих продаж - всё отдали агентам. На вопросы и обращения вообще не отвечат. По телефону у них там сидят какие-то женщины, которые кроме "билет стоит столько" ничего осервисе объяснить не могут.

I had some unpleasant experience with Uzbekistan Airways. It's not cheap, ok, UZB hasn't got much oil, so fuel is expensive. But what I'm trying to say is that the crew or personel of this Air Company is extremely rude, no elementary knowledge of service. While flying, if one needs something and you get to ask about it the flight attendant, he/she will have such a face expression as if one was reaching for stars. No good food, doesn't fit the prices they've got for their tickets.

In order to pilot, students in Uzbekistan go to Moscow Aviation Institute. That's why pilots of Uzbekistan are very experienced and real professionals. And of course crew can speak in english. I prefer this airlines more than others. It's one of the safest airlines.
