Be careful people, this knife cuts both ways.

While you may be able to stall or cease making payments to your bank with little tricks like "show me the note", you'll regret it someday.

While your neighbors are paying down their mortgage, they will someday own that propertry and be able to sell it, but you will just be waiting for a new owner to evict you from the home that you defaulted on 18 months prior.

I hired an attorney he did not know what he was doing!! . I keep telling him what to do. I lost my case. The judge and the plaintiff's attorney won.

I will never hire an attorney like this. I could give him so many home owners like me that is being forclosed by the bank( countrywide). Maybe I could think of something!! I don't want to end up in Tent City. The politicians here in America do not care about Homeowners. You see BANKS 1 homeowners 0. .. Is this the American dream. @#$%$
