To me it just sounds like your average reverb.

I would imagine its set on a large 'room size', sounds like a wet reverb. Couldnt estimate the diffusion or pre-delay but it sounds like the decay time is quite long.

Probably done on software like, cubase, protools, reason , FL Studio ... etc....
