King Uprock ( Ralph Casanova) is documenting Brooklyn History that hasn't gotten recognition... While the media would phrase it as "black culture" and turn to the African American community who was mimicing these very hispanic people. The street and 'style' was defined by what came from the minds of people sharing a good time but lets face it in 'black races' were mis represented. No negativity intended but facts of life at the time... explain why they are useing a home camera and not paid
