The police saw so they coordinated a plan to get both the Porsche and the Golf. Which they did by creating a traffic jam. The guy who fights the police at the end was the initial driver of the Porsche.

When the video started I thought "this is gonna be good" because the guy started the chase off really well with an excellent fake-out at the off ramp and then a good turnaround to get back on the highway. But then next thing you know the guy crashes as he's getting onto the highway? Wow, what a buzzkill, lol.
