She didnt give umpire a finger lol. She said that french fans behind the umpire chair were talking rude and gave finger to her. So umpire tried to calm down the french fans and talk to french coach about it.

If player would give umpire a finger during the match, she/he would get a game penalty and possibly a match penalty, depending on how rude it was.
