I'm agree that she being neglected by her family, but come on she's 14, and she tought that he was mature enough to have a boyfriend, but not to handle this. Claudia's character was always a strong one, but in this part i really can't stand her!!!

I don't think Claudia should get the blame. I mean yeah, she should know better to skip school and that's why social services stepped in in the first place BUT whether she was skipping school or going to school everyday doesn't really matter. Claudia and Owen ARE being neglected. Social services SHOULD step in. They are children and need to be cared for as such.

@ricogez72 She's depressed and being neglected by her family. You start to not care about things when that kind of stuff is going on. Why go to school if no one cares whether you go or not? It's like how kids whose parents verbally abuse them do stupid things just to prove they're not worth being loved.

I can understand why some people feel strongy like it's Claudia's fault and I'm not saying I'm right but I sort of understand why she's doing it, you know. Sometimes I want someone to notice me not because I'm self-absorbed but just because want to confirm that someone cares. I would never intentionally put my family through pain and obviously neither would Claudia but you've got to be a teenager and be in Claudia's situation to really understand. I'm not neglected by the way but just saying.

I hate to point all fingers at Claudia b/c she's really going through some things & she didn't mean for any of that to happen. But at the same time, she is old enough to know she can't go doing stuff like that! It's her fault they started being investigated. She doesn't have the luxury of being able to act out because she feels neglected. That family is always going to be under a microscope & they hv to be extra careful ALL THE TIME. She knows that!

Many married people accept an offer like this girl is giving Griffin. Its not really about her looks as Julia is much hotter and more ladylike. But Griffin looks at Julia and sees his mistakes that led him to losing all 100K. This girl he works with represents freedom and he loves that it doesn't bother her that he USED to be the owner of this place - and now is far from it. Julia was good about the shop - but with Griffins high self-doubt and fragile ego now, he needs an emotional boost.
