Umm talk2bill, what you're saying doesn't fall under the First Amendment. If it did, folks couldn't sue for slander. The First Amendment is to protect citizens and press so that they may speak out against their government. It doesn't give anyone the right to say stuff irresponsablity. POP LIFE is an account of Prince's life as told by others, that doesn't make it factual. Notice how those that claim to have written or played on Prince's albums never sued.
