Great stuff, but isn't this old news?? I first discovered that this could be done earlier this year 2010 so why is it all of a sudden in the news? What's changed?
@Tozzywozzy We are trying to relaunch everything over at XDA-Developers. Pulling together as much information as possible and trying to see if we can recompile QEMU for Windows Mobile to support Networking. Plus a whole bunch of Keyboards etc were already newly done by aSiD1712 and TruckerBN. So expect to see Windows Desktop OS come back to life on Windows Mobile Platforms it is just a matter of time now.
sweet but can someone tell me when the heck the wp7 rom will be released for hd2? this phone can run anything except a marathon! hd2 is the best phone ever released and can still hang with todays newer phones.
@xXDGKSk8RXx just go to the HTC HD2 Android Development forum on XDA Developers Forum, and grab the latest SuperRAM if you want what is currently the best vanilla Android, or one of the various HTC Sense Android builds instead, or perhaps MIUI if you want to imitate the iphone. Make sure you're running the latest official T-Mobile US (if you have a Tmobile US device) Windows Mobile ROM or something else android-compatible like Energy ROM if you experience "robot voice" in voice calls.
Windows xp image run in bochs but very slow, in windows phone is the same? windows phone can run qemu with 32bit capability?
