This game is rubbish, online stability is shocking one button to tackle, the welsh team isn't even the right team, it's missing loads of players. The physicality comparison between teams is way off. The advantage problem is still there where it's on forever and not consistent. Poor graphics, in game play is poor easy and medium are piss easy ten hard is ridiculous. Poor effort. Oh and you have to keep choosing your team no way of saving it.

wow... this looks terrible... at some points, the players look as if they are gliding. The commentary is trash, and it doesn't look smooth at all. I remember when EA came out with a Rugby game in 2005, that game was the shit compared to this one.... sorry, but I'll have to pass on this

@coronabomb Yeah I was thinking most of that when seeing the video, neither rugby game really captures the sport that well, RC looks more fun with all the editing options too but I'd hardly call either amazing games, they don't have a patch on other sports games. I'd probably pick up RC based on the fact it looks fun, you can pick up and play and a wealth of edit options, this game tries to simulate and it looks horrible, whereas WC looks more arcadey.

Looks like gameplay not changed at all since 2003 edition. Are there the same old bugs: 5 metre scrum if you touchdown in-goal from a kick; hardly any penalties but loads of tries every match; etc. etc.?

You people do realise that they didn't show everything, they downgraded the graphics and left some updated gameplay out, And even with those missing this game was actually quite fun i liked it so i will be buying both RWC and RC if you havent played this game there is no way you can actually judge it, the problems you had in rugby 08 are fixed in this game, there is none of the running around in circles crap in this its much more realistic.

What disappoints more is the fact that they didn't include any super rugby, english&french leagues and also the new zealand local cup. I thought we could expect a "new experience" but in my and many people's opinion, this one, is going to do really bad.

The demo was just such a let down. Only 2 teams, couldnt play a full match, couldnt organise your team and you couldnt even chance camera angle!
