This might look like a good airline but here are a few things that are against regulations.

A woman that far into pregnancy should not be allowed to fly. Her hand luggage was larger than the permitted sizes. When there is turbulence, its preferable if pax stay awake and pax should fasten seat belt over the blanket and not under it.

But I do like the sign language part. I wonder if all cabin crew know it.

I just flew on Shenzhen Airlines; I must say it was one of the most pleasant flight I had ever experienced. They do put in the extra effort. No other airline I flew on had their flight staff learn sign language. Thumbs UP!
