  • Western hasn't gotten anything new before 2010 when the DE42LFAs came around. They have alot of the Orions to displace. Landover has always been first to get things and they have plenty of buses to go around. The 50 incoming Xcelsiors are supposed to displace the DE42LFAs they have and some Orions.
