Well there's nothing wrong in asking. Parkour and freerunning are basically almost the same. Free running uses the same moves as Parkour except that Free Running is more flashy and showy whereas Parkour is just the basic fundamental moves. Parkour means moving from point A to B in the most efficient way possible while overcoming obstacles while Free Running is moving from point A to B while performing tricks that looks cool. Hope that answered your question.

i had that same problem for a while. the key is to point your elbow in the direction you want to roll. and roll all the way up your arm. you shouldnt go straight from your hands to your shoulder. its hard to explain over text. but let me know if you need any more help
