I don't know how this "cinnamon challenge" started, but I think it could get dangerous. I've seen people in videos try to sallow much larger teaspoons then the one you just did!.....can't breathe right? It's like a dust. It's funny to watch, but it's really not funny. Glad you're ok!

yeah, it's only because when you swallow the cinnamon, you cannot breathe after that!!! you can finish the cinnamon challenge if you let it desolve on your tongue first.. But no one can just put in in your mouth then swallow, because then the same reaction will happen! fun!!!

You are awesome Steph! For next time... the trick is to hold it in the front of your mouth by your teeth and gather saliva with your tongue, then move small amounts back getting them wet enough to swallow... this takes care of the dust storm.
