  • this is actually a bad exercise. when you do a single-leg squat you're not supposed to get as low as you do when you perform a regular weighted squat. but then again, everyones use of a single-leg squat differs from regimen to regimen.

    It's pretty much impossible to do so, don't you think? He takes the effort to put all these exercises up, for people with different levels of experience. You can't expect him to do most of these excercises regularly. Also keep in mind that not all excercises are suited for Scott's goals. Everyone has different goals, thus different workouts. I don't really get the point you're trying to make actually.

  • @convictPKlol According to him he likes to switch things up so maybe he doesn't use it in his current routine but maybe he did in the past or will do it in the future :)

  • @convictPKlol He's the kind of guy that regularly changes his routines and isn't afraid to try new stuff. Besides, does it really matter if he does them or not? All that matters is what YOU do in your routines. :)
