this is actually a bad exercise. when you do a single-leg squat you're not supposed to get as low as you do when you perform a regular weighted squat. but then again, everyones use of a single-leg squat differs from regimen to regimen.
Scott i think you should film like a week of your training and show us all of your routines, so we can see how a week for scott is like. like with all the food and stuffs:)
It's pretty much impossible to do so, don't you think? He takes the effort to put all these exercises up, for people with different levels of experience. You can't expect him to do most of these excercises regularly. Also keep in mind that not all excercises are suited for Scott's goals. Everyone has different goals, thus different workouts. I don't really get the point you're trying to make actually.

@convictPKlol He's the kind of guy that regularly changes his routines and isn't afraid to try new stuff. Besides, does it really matter if he does them or not? All that matters is what YOU do in your routines. :)
