I dont understand some of the comments below that this "quite difficult". It is technically very difficult indeed. A remarkable performance of this post-Listzian piano work.
This is considered by some commentators to be technically the most difficult Piano composition of all time! You have a really natural approach to the work and give a thoroughly convincing account of it here. A fine performance.
One can feel that the music is really inside your imagination - you just let it out - that is what I feel in my opinion which makes the perfect piano-technique -
you are one of the most gifted talents I ever heard - congratulation for this awesome preformance
wow that is amazing! i'm learning this song but it is always cool to watch someone else play. And I love the view, this way i can see what your hands are playing wich really adds to the video.
Sorry, but my inglish is not good, how many year old?, you play very very good. I play the piano and I study in "Conservatorio de Tatui" is the Best of America Latina. Congratulation and sorry for bad inglish.
By any chance, have you worked on Chopin's Sonata no.3? And if you haven't, do you plan on it? I would love to hear what you think of it. I have heard many pianists butcher that Sonata, and I would love to see what you do with it. Would really appreciate a response =)
you have such phenominal sound control! Those reapeated chords at the begging for example, every single one of them sounds the same. There isn't one that pops out or doesn't sound. That is amazing!!!
Doesn't the B sound best when the camera is positioned this way. The Bach is great though. Wait until Scarbo... and Le Gibet. Then maybe something from Liszt? The Sonata! Yes, that's what you should do. ;)
Kristian you are amazing! And I loved the view. I wish you would record Chopin's polonaise heroic from that angle. I'm trying to learn it, and seeing it from that angle would help! BRAVO!!!!!
Absolutely beautiful. All the best to you!

Why? Why? I'm such a loser, I can't even play this...Seriously this kid is kind of obnoxiously good.

@thatalishaperson Don't be too harsh on yourself, Gaspard de la Nuit is so tricky and downright nasty piece that not many can play it properly.

I think you confuse with the Scarbo, but it's really beautiful, maybe a little too rythmed (I'm french, I hope you understand me)but fantastic!
