into this world of thinking open minded.....i had begun asking for many things...mainly truth in most things...i found myself down the rabbit hole one day (today)..and saw this video that Mark. Berrington, chris, JaeJ,etc..are vividly describing what i have already exercised over the past 6 months....talk about validation....those are the beginnings..this is a large section n tree the of knowledge. ill leave this for you all.
Ask him for it. he will answer you.i promise....Truth is out there
Thanks @taodewan for patiently responding to me. Appreciate it.
Few more qns.
1. What is the method (shoc depa?) you were talking in the video to activate third eye? I tried to google, but couldnt get the right name. Also how do I unite the brain hemispheres after activation?
2. How should I make myself proficient (prepare myself) to use Third eye effectively?
Sorry for many questions, Just curious, I guess!!! Once again Thanks you so much.
@freak0ut12 There are many methods to activation of the 3rd eye (pineal gland). Since meditation is a path towards the activation, one needs to look at what goes into the body also. Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland, and no matter what method you use, it will stay shut and unresponsive.
Brain hemispheres will make connections among each other as consciousness expands, there is no need to physically do anything.
@freak0ut12 Prepare oneself by balancing the physical body through right thoughts (to open certain energy channels) and also importantly, the diet. As mentioned before, fluoride will cause the 3rd eye to stay closed. Constant daily practice with meditation with right thoughts will allow your energy channels (charkra) to align properly so that you will have a steady state when ready.
frustrations and heavy desires are some of the energy states that will cause blockages.
@freak0ut12 this was a choice made by your own being before manifesting into this dimension. Many have different interpretations on why we choose to cut off from the higher self, such as to experience life (animals, humans etc). such experiences allows you to progress and understand the whole. This is a spiritual journey and the journey is the reward.
Thanks for the response. I have seen few other videos where it says opening third eye using other techniques are dangerous other than meditation. it might lead to losing critical thinking skills, take down ego defenses, place one in a receptive state and make them open to suggestion. also 1.16 to 1.33 was not clear.
@freak0ut12 opening the third eye wont do those things to you but actually puts you in a higher state of consciousness. Others who have mentioned loss of skills or be in receptive state may refer to something else such as a trance state induced by hypnosis, but not referring to opening the energy gates of the 3rd eye.
if opening the 3rd eyes seems daunting for you, perhaps you should just practice normal meditation, which has many other benefits to the physical and emotional being.
-Third eye can be used to view the world even if both the eyes are closed?
- using meditation, can we open the third eye? if so, can it be opened in a dark room using meditation? Is natural light necessarily required for opening the third eye?
@freak0ut12 yes, the third eye can be used to view many other things as well as the world. But, just like with any activity, you need to be proficient with the instrument in order to perform complex tasks.
Meditation is one method to open up the 3rd eye, there is more than one path to a goal. Darkness is not a requirement but it will make meditation much easier as it lowers distractions, therefore you can focus more of your attention on the task. Light can be a hindrance to beginners.
hey man have you ever heard of isochronic tones/bineural beats? if you have then i'm curious what you think about them... Do you think it acccelerates the meditation/relaxation/pineal activation process?
@Jessmaestro69 yes there are a few names about what you are talking about. it does help one to relax into a deeper state but it does not activate the pineal gland.
If your mind is quite agitated and you try to force yourself to a lower state with binaural beats, it will give you a headache or pressure feeling in the head, you have to slowly bring yourself down into it.
This only helps your mediation so that you are relaxed physical and mental. but does not 'enhance' the practice.
@taodewan cool man thx for the reply. wish i knew more people like you. I'm not often agitated when i meditate, and my mind rarely gets headaches/pressure from it. I'm more excited, than anything, to get in to deeper thought!!! So i guess you're saying it doesn't enhance the pineal activation but can help people such as I who have trouble fully relaxing get into that meditative state. I still find myself wondering what I'm "looking for" whatever that means haha, but iso tones have helped a bit
@Jessmaestro69 there is nothing to 'look for'. Just be present and observe what IS. no role play with thoughts, only observing them objectively. still your body and mind continuously. when both is relaxed properly, then free flow will occur and opens up channels of energy. it wont happen quick because everybody needs to chip away the bad habits and blockages (emotional, mental and physical). The more you practice, the closer you get to the truth. Even if its a thousand miles away.
@taodewan hey im curious too, i dunno if you know about brainwaves and such but I heard that once you connect all your brainwaves (or use them all simultaniously?), beta alpha theta and delta, that gamma waves are produced. do you think/know if you're producing gamma waves while the pineal gland is activated? Makes sense in my mind, kinda like joining all the chakras to activate the p gland! haha i know im rambling... cheers, thanks for your time and your legit response!
@Jessmaestro69 the brainwaves mentioned, is a frequency used depending on the mind activity, more concentration would be higher and less concentration would be lower, im not sure if one could activate all at the same time. one would need to have a 'separate' brain working at the same time, im not sure if this is possible, but i definitely wont rule out that it is impossible.
@Jessmaestro69 With gamma rays being emitted, research has shown from long term Tibetan monks that when told to generate an objective feeling or when they enter a state of heightened sense of consciousness, they have rays gamma waves, in oscillation 25-45Hz.
In saying this, there are neuroscientist which dismiss this claim and refer it to a misinterpretation of measurement. I believe when one is deep within and the mind is at a heightened state, it will produce it.
I'm confused, all the literature I've read points to the pituitary gland as the receptor known as the third eye and the pineal gland is know as the crown or "I am". I've verified this with multiple chakra information sources. What am I missing here?
@Trooperuss do you practice meditation? one can intellectualize as much as they can, but the finger pointing to the moon is not the moon. Information described by people are only for a contemplation as a guide.
Ultimately, one should practice and know the truth by own experience. Then you wont be 'missing' anything and clear up your confusing concepts of other peoples ideas.
@taodewan I tried for some time but never really got anything out of it, then recently I found more information that helped me relate the spiritual side with the logical side. Specifically, the chakras and their relation to the glands and their functions. Since finding this info I have started getting something out of meditating, but I'm frustrated by my apparent lack of progress. I feel as though I would benefit from a tutor, but until then, I'm trying to understand what is going on in me.
@Trooperuss When you say 'lack of progress', what kind of progress are you expecting? The first step to meditation is to clear the mind of all thoughts. That then you can concentrate the minds full energy on what you want to do. If your mind is still jumping around with thoughts then your energy will be wasted upon that. Also, expectations causes hindrances, you have to stick with it and stay present at all times. Frustration is also a negative energy which will cause blockages.
@Trooperuss I hope you nor taodewan mind my interjection but I understand your angst. I've felt the same when you say "I feel as though I would benefit from a tutor." A Buddhist master (Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche) made me think differently. His words really changed the journey for me. We don't need a tutor, as much as a little guidance now and again from those who've gotten it. You'll realize it too - just be persistent, relax and let go of your mind.
@MrRuzo214 cannabis helps get rid of the build up calcium (that act as a blockage: the pineal gland; over the years) which would be the THC receptors (a,b,c and d.) it also works in physical health. its one of the biggest worries that the gov DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW! (illuminati/nwo etc). they are merely degrading the minds of the population (through fluoradated water, slow killing poisons etc). these "illegal drugs" are made up to control you. free your mind. peace and love to all.
@taodewan, Can you pls let me know the name of the meditation technique mentioned in the video? Thanks.
